厚朴叶中抑菌活性成分鉴别及其防病效果

摘    要:从厚朴树的自然落叶中提取总酚化合物,以粗提物为材料,测定其对10种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。同时在盆载和大田条件下用粗提物对棉苗立枯病,小麦白粉病和蚕豆赤斑病进行防治试验。结果证明:粗提物对供试的10种真菌都有很强的抑制作用;盆栽和大田试验均显示出较好的防治效果。经分离-纯化和鉴定,粗提物中的抑菌物质为厚朴酚及和厚朴酚。通过对比试验,发现2种酚类物质在对植物病原真菌的抑菌活性方面无显著差异。

Abstract:Phenolic mixture was extract from shed leaves of Magnolia officinalis, and the action of the mixture inhibiting parasitic fungi of plant was tested on PDA medium. In addition, experiments using the extract to control plant diseases were made in potting and field. The results indicated that the mixture has strong inhibiting action to the pathogens. The experiments of pots and fields also showed that the extracts have good results in controlling some plant diseases. The results of separation and identification demonstrated that there are two major fungi-inhibiting substances in the extracts.They are magnolol and honokiol respectively. Contrasting experiments indicated the two components have no marked differences in inhibiting plant pathogens.
