叶面喷施微生物富硒菌肥对快菜的含硒量、产量及品质的影响

摘    要:目的]为研究最适合快菜的微生物富硒菌肥的喷施浓度及最适施肥时间,为富硒快菜在实际生产的推广和应用提供理论指导,方法]本试验以“京研快菜”作为试验材料,在田间进行叶面喷施5种不同浓度微生物富硒菌肥(包括空白对照)的裂区实验。结果]试验结果表明,叶面喷施微生物富硒菌肥能够明显增加快菜中的单株重量、主根长度、叶片长度,硒含量、可溶性蛋白质含量与维生素C含量。其中浓度为40 mg/L的微生物富硒菌肥能有效提高作物的硒含量;浓度为13.3 mg/L的微生物富硒菌肥能够有效提高单株重量、叶长、可溶性蛋白质含量与维生素C含量;浓度为10 mg/L的微生物富硒菌肥能够有效提高作物的主根长和可溶性蛋白质含量。结论]综合来说,以喷施低浓度硒肥(10 mg/L和13.3 mg/L)后物质含量提升最高,同时最佳施肥时期为在采收前一周。

Microbial Selenium-enriched Fertilizer and Brassica rapa: Effect of Foliar Application on Selenium Content,Yield and Quality
Abstract:To find out the most suitable spraying concentration of microbial selenium-enriched fertilizer and its optimal application time for Brassica rapa and provide guidance for the promotion and application of selenium- rich B. rapa in actual production, B. rapa‘Jingyan’was used as the material, 5 different concentrations of microbial selenium-enriched fertilizer (including CK) were sprayed on the crop leaves. The results showed that the weight, leaf width, taproot length, selenium content, soluble protein content and vitamin C content of B. rapa were promoted by the application of microbial selenium-enriched fertilizer. Among them, selenium content was increased by se-enriched fertilizer at 40 mg/L. Plant weight, leaf width, soluble protein content and vitamin C content were increased by se- enriched fertilizer at 13.3 mg/L. Taproot length and soluble protein content were increased by se-enriched fertilizer at 10 mg/L. All in all, the spraying of seenriched fertilizer at low concentration (10 mg/L and 13.3 mg/L) could significantly increase the quality of B. rapa. The most optimal time for fertilizer is one week before harvest.
