| Abstract: | The application of embryo rescue in distant hybridization, preventing embryo degeneration at early development stage and breeding of triploid and ployploid were reviewed in this paper. Meanwhile, the effect of cultured stage, medium and culture condition in embryo rescue were analysed. |
