柑橘皮中抗过敏活性粗提物提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的]确立柑橘皮中抗过敏活性粗提物的最佳工艺。方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究各种提取条件(提取温度、乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比、提取次数)对柑橘皮中抗过敏活性粗提物提取效果的影响,优化其提取工艺。结果]柑橘皮中抗过敏活性粗提物的最佳提取工艺为:提取温度60℃,乙醇浓度70%,提取时间60 min,料液比1∶25,提取为2次。结论]该工艺操作简单,提取效率高,对环境友好,适合柑橘皮中抗过敏活性粗提物的提取。

Research on the Extraction Technology of Crude Anti-allergic Component in Citrus Peel

Abstract:Objective] This research aimed to establish the optimum extraction technology of crude anti-allergic component in Citrus peel.Method] In single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,this research studied different extraction conditions(ie.reaction temperature,ethanol concentration,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio,and extraction times) to optimize the extraction technology.Result] The best conditions were as follows:temperature was 60 ℃,ethanol concentration was 70%,extraction time was 60 min,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶25,and extraction times were two.Conclusion] This extraction technology was easy to perform,efficient and environmentally-friendly,which was suitable to extract crude anti-allergic component in Citrus peel.
