| 摘 要： | 基于2009年西南地区的资源数据,将国家资源环境安全要素综合评价运用到区域资源环境评价中,分析了西南地区资源本底特征、人地关系演进状态。结果表明：西南地区除耕地资源及能源资源低于全国均值水平的1/2,其他资源要素禀赋都与全国水平相持平,水资源及森林资源优于全国水平,但是空间组合结构存在明显不足。区内五省市中,贵州和重庆资源本底条件相对较优,云南、四川次之,西藏最差。人地关系对应分析结果表明：重庆和四川人地关系紧张突出,尤其是重庆,目前的人地关系压力系数为0.61,高出全国水平2倍。未来西南地区自然资源承载负荷将面临更为巨大的挑战,人地关系的演进进入一个更为紧张的阶段。最后,提出了合理开发利用资源,发展循环经济,控制人口等促进区域经济与资源环境协调发展的参考建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the resources data of Southwest China in 2009,this paper applied the comprehensive assessment of security factors of national resources and environment to regional resources and environmental evaluation,the resources characteristics in the Southwest China and the human-nature relationship were analyzed.The results showed that the cultivated land and energy resources in southwest China 1/2 lower than the national average level,while the other resources were of the national level,water and forest resources were better than the national average,but the resource distribution in Sorthwest China was apparently imbalanced.In the five provinces and cities of Sorthwest China,the condition of Guizhou and Chongqing resources was relatively outstanding,Yunnan and Sichuan are followed,Tibet was the worst.Correspondence analysis of human-nature relationship shows that : the tension in Chongqing and Sichuan were very high,especially Chongqing,which has the pressure coefficient of human-nature relationship as high as 0.61,more than double of the national average level.The natural resources will face a greater challenge in the future in Sorthwest China,the human-nature relationship will go into a more intense stage.Finally,this paper presents several referenced advices such as exploiting and utilizing resources reasonably,developping the circular economy,controling population in order to coordinate development between economic and environmental resources. |
