计算机辅助精液分析系统对食蟹猴精液的分析

摘    要:目的]用计算机辅助精液分析系统(CASA)对食蟹猴精液进行分析,以揭示食蟹猴的精液生物学特性。方法]采用CASA系统对29例雄性食蟹猴精液样本进行分析。结果]静态特性:食蟹猴的精子密度为(2 134.53±2 052.87)M/ml;活动精子密度为(1 955.36±1 939.59)M/ml,活动精子百分率为(88.79±9.09)%;前向运动精子密度为(1 263.98±1 271.13)M/ml,前向运动精子百分率为(59.58±16.43)%;快速相细胞百分率为(82.76±13.10)%。食蟹猴精子的平均路径速度为(133.78±58.22)μm/s,直线速度为(121.43±56.64)μm/s,曲线速度为(169.78±52.39)μm/s,精子头侧摆幅度为(4.19±0.72)μm,平均摆跨频率(鞭打次数)为(29.79±4.30)Hz,前向性为(84.62±5.46)%,直线性为(63.62±13.07)%。②食蟹猴精子的快速相浓度为(1 844.97±1 875.96)M/ml,百分率为(82.76±13.10)%;中等相浓度为(110.18±139.33)M/ml,百分率为(5.93±5.26)%;慢速相浓度为(85.74±144.32)M/ml,百分率为(3.62±2.90)%;静止相浓度为(93.99±72.85)M/ml,百分率为(7.69±8.20)%。食蟹猴精子的头长比为(61.93±4.4.14)%;头部面积为(7.33±1.22)μmsq。结论]该研究为在人工饲养食蟹猴的繁殖实践中进行精液品质鉴定提供依据。

Abstract:Objective] macaca fasicularis semen was analyzed using computer assisted semen analysis system(CASA) to reveal the biological characteristics of the semen for the reproduction of artificially bred macaca fasicularis.Method] Twenty-nine semen samples were analyzed using CASA.Result] The characteristics of the sperm static state were(2 134.53±2 052.87)M/ml in total concentration,(1 955.36±1 939.59)M/ml in motile concentration,(88.79±9.09)% in sperm motility,(1 263.98±1 271.13)M/ml in progressive sperm concentration,(59.58±16.43)% in progressive sperm percentage,(82.76±13.10)% in rapid cell percentage;The sperm motilities were(133.78±58.22)μm/s in the average path velocity,(121.43±56.64)μm/s in the straight-line velocity,(169.78±52.39)μm/s in the curvilinear velocity,(4.19±0.72)μm in the amplitude of lateral head,(29.79±4.30_Hz in the beat/cross frequency,(84.62±5.46)%in the mean straightness,(63.62±13.07)% in the mean linearity.The motile sperm classifications were(1 844.97±1 875.96)M/ml in the rapid cells concentration(82.76±13.10)% in percentage,(110.18±139.33)M/ml in the medium cell concentration(5.93±5.26)% in percentage,(85.74±144.32)M/ml in the slow cell concentration(3.62±2.90)% in percentage,(93.99±72.85)M/ml in the static cell concentration(7.69±8.20)% in percentage;The sperm head formation parameters were(61.93±4.14)% in elongation,(7.33±1.22)μmsq in area.Conclusion] The study provided reference for the determination of sperm quality in the practice of the propagation of Macaca fasicularis.
