葡萄柚柚皮苷超声提取研究

摘    要:目的]优化用超声波提取葡萄柚柚皮中柚皮苷的工艺条件。方法]以新鲜无病虫害的美国葡萄柚柚皮为试材,通过单因素试验考察了提取液体积分数,提取时间和固液比3个因素对柚皮苷提取率的影响,并在此基础上,通过正交试验优化柚皮苷提取的工艺条件。结果]通过试验得出的标准曲线为:Y=30.884x+0.012,R2=0.999 1。由极差分析可知,固液比对柚皮苷提取率的影响最大,提取时间对柚皮苷提取率的影响次之,而乙醇的体积分数对柚皮苷提取率的影响最小。较佳的柚皮苷提取工艺条件是:提取时间为25 min,提取液体积分数是70%,固液比是1∶20。在此工艺条件下进行了验证试验,结果表明,柚皮苷提取率是7.860%。结论]该研究为美国葡萄柚的综合利用和开发提供了一定的理论依据。

Study on Extraction of Naringin from Grapefruit Peels hy Ultrasonic Wave

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to optimum the technology condition for extracting the naringin from grapefruit peels by ultrasonic wave.Method]With the fresh American grapefruit peels without insect pests as the tested materials,the effects of 3 factors of the extraction liquid volume fraction,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate of the naringin were inspected through the single factor test,on this basis,the technology conditions for extracting the naringin were optimized through the orthogonal test.Result] Through the test the standard curve was obtained as Y=30.884 x+0.012,R2=0.999 1.The range analysis showed that,as for the effects of 3 factors on the extraction rate of the naringin,the effect of the solid-liquid ratio was maximum,that of the extraction time was next and that of the ethanol volume fraction was minimum.The better technology conditions for extracting the naringin was as follows: the extraction time was 25 min,the extraction liquid volume fraction was 70% and the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20.The verifying test under these technology conditions showed that the extraction rate of the naring was 7.860%.Conclusion] The study provided the theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization and development of American grapefruit.
