| 摘 要： | 选取具有典型性的遂宁市农村作为调研样地,分析阻碍西南地区土地流转的主要原因,并提出促进西南地区土地流转的对策：合理开发土地资源,提高和保护土地生产力;加快小城镇化建设,推动农业农村经济;把握政府角色和职能,推动土地市场积极运转;完善农村社会保障,减少农民的土地依赖性。

| Abstract: | Typical Suining countryside were selected as research plots,and main reasons to hinder land circulation in southwest regions were analyzed,countermeasures to promote land circulation in southwest regions were put forward,including developing land resources,and improving and protecting land productivity reasonably;speeding up urbanization construction and pushing agriculture economic development;grasping the government roles and functions of the land market and promoting positive operation;perfecting rural social security and reducing farmers' dependence on land. |
