浙江红山茶叶器官表型的变异规律研究

摘    要:目的]研究浙江红山茶叶(Camellia chekiangoleosa Hu.)器官表型性状的变异规律,为培育茶花(C.japonica)和油茶(C.oleifera A-bel.)优良品种奠定基础。方法]对安徽岳西、浙江缙云、浙江景宁、浙江开化、浙江天台、浙江庆元、福建霞浦、福建建宁、江西南丰和江西永新10个居群的浙江红山茶叶器官的6个表型性状进行了测量和统计分析。结果]在10个居群内部,叶片的不同表型性状间的变异系数差别较大,各性状的变异系数变化范围为0.039 0~0.158 0。居群间的变异系数差别也很大,各个居群平均变异系数变化范围为0.114 1~0.272 7。同一性状在不同居群间的变异系数大小也不等,各表型性状有不同程度的分化,平均分化系数为43.55%。结论]浙江红山茶叶器官表型性状的变异主要存在于居群内。

Research on Morphological Mutation Law of Leaf Organs in Camellia chekiangoleosa Hu.

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the morphological mutation of leaf organs in C.chekiangoleosa Hu.and lay a basis for breeding good varieties of of C.japonica and C.oleifera Abel..Measurement and statistical analysis of 6 phenotypic characters were carried out on leaves of 10 groups of C.chekiangoleosa Hu.,including populations of Yuexi of Anhui,Jingyun of Zhejiang,Jingning of Zhejiang,Kaihua of Zhejiang,Tiantai of Zhejiang,Qingyuan of Zhejiang,Xiapu of Fujian,Jianning of Fujian,Nanfeng of Jiangxi and Yongxin of Jiangxi.Result] The results showed that there were significant differences of mutation coefficient among phenotypic characters of blades,and the variation coefficient of various characters ranged from 0.039 0 to 0.158 0.Furthermore,mutation coefficient of this 10 populations were also different,and the average variation coefficient of five indices ranged from 0.114 1 to 0.272 7 in each population.The same traits in different populations were also different,and each phenotypic characters had different differentiation,and average differentiation coefficient was 43.55%.Conclusion] This investigation indicated that morphology mutation of leaf organs in C.chekiangoleosa Hu.mainly exist in the inside of population.
