摘    要:目的]研究微生物接种剂对牛粪好氧堆肥的影响,为有效处理鲜牛粪等高纤维废弃物提供理论指导。方法]以牛粪为堆肥原料进行好氧堆肥试验。试验设3个处理:不添加接种菌剂(C)、添加接种量为0.5 g/kg的复合微生物菌剂(T1)、添加接种量为1 g/kg的复合微生物菌剂(T2)。对堆肥过程中的温度、含水率、pH和C/N比4个指标进行跟踪测定。结果]与对照相比,添加微生物菌剂的2个堆体升温较快且高温(〉50℃)维持时间较久,含水量较低,pH较高,全氮含量较高,C/N比均降至20以下。结论]添加微生物菌剂可有效加快堆肥进程,缩短堆肥周期。

Effects of Composite Microbial Inoculant on Aerobic Composting Cattle Dung

Abstract:Objective] The effects of composite microbial inoculant on aerobic composting cattle dung were studied to provide theoretical guidance of disposing high-fiber waste such as cattle dung effectively.Method]The experiments were set up three treatments for aerobic compost text with cattle dung including no-inoculant(C),inoculantion of microbial group with 0.5 g/kg(T1),inoculantion of microbial group with 1 g/kg(T2).4 indicators such as temperature,water content,pH and C/N ratio were investigated.Result]Compared to the control group,the two composts with microbial inoculant could warm up more quickly and hold a longer time with high temperature(>50 ℃).Meanwhile,their water content was lower,both their pH and nitrogen content were higher,and their C/N ratio was all less than 20.Conclusion] By adding the composite microbial inoculant,it could effectively accelerate the composting process and shorten the composting period.
