摘    要:目的]研究激素6-BA和烯效唑(S3307)对黑米着色及其相关物质变化的影响。方法]选择长势相似的黑稻为处理材料,分别用浓度50 mg/L 6-BA和S3307于黑米齐穗期进行处理,分析其对黑米着色及相关物质变化的影响。结果]二者都增加了黑米的产量,提高了可溶性糖含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性和黑米花色苷含量,显示出PAL活性与花色苷含量之间呈明显正相关。结论]激素处理增强了黑米的运作活性和能力,对提高黑米着色及品质具有促进作用,且6-BA的活性略微高于S3307。

Effect of 6-BA and Uniconazole on the Tinting of Black Rice and the Change of Its Related Substance

Abstract:Objective]The effect of the hormone 6-BA and uniconazole(S3307) on the tinting of black rice and the change of its related substances was studied.Method]The black rice plants with the similar growing character being taken as the experimental material,6-BA and S3307 with the concentration of 50 mg/L were sprayed for the plants at full heading stage,respectively,which effect on the tinting of black rice and the change of its related substances was analyzed.Result]Two treatments of 6-BA and S3307 could improve rice yield and the content ofsoluble sugar,increase the activity of phenylal anine ammonia lyase(PAL) and the content of anthocyanin in black rice,which showed that the activity of PAL was significantly positive correlation to the content of anthocyanin.Conclusion]After the treatment of hormone,the activity and ability of black rice in its tinting and quality was improved.
