| 摘 要： | 通过对江苏省新生代农民工在城市定居意愿的调查分析,发现农民工定居城市的意愿较强,而且具有明显人力资本特征的因素会影响其定居意愿。其中学历、职业、城市居留时间和收入都与其定居意愿存在正相关关系,学历越高、职业越稳定、收入越高其定居意愿也越强;新生代农民工在城市的居住时间越长其定居意愿也越强。建议从农民工人力资本的提升、企业住房的提供与政府保障房的建设3个方面推进农民工定居城市进程。

The Willingness of New Generation Peasant Worker’s Settling down in City-A Study on Jiangsu Province |

| Abstract: | Through analysis of the willingness of new generation of migrant workers to settle down in city of Jiangsu Province, we found that there are obvious characteristics of human capital factors affecting their willingness to settle. Education level, occupation and income are positive factors to promote the willingness of settling down in city, the higher the degree, occupation and income, the higher their settlement willingness. In addition, the longer they live in the city, the higher willingness to settle down. Thus the ascension of migrant workers' human capital, corporate housing provision and government housing construction are the important measures to promote their process of settling down in city. |
