侧孢芽孢杆菌C5发酵条件及培养基的优化

摘    要:为了更加有效地利用侧孢芽孢杆菌C5,研究了该菌株的生长特性,并对其发酵条件及培养基进行了优化。结果表明,侧孢芽孢杆菌C5的生长规律为:0~4h延滞期,4~16h指数期,16h后进入稳定期;最佳发酵条件为:初始pH值7.0、培养温度30℃、接种量3%~5%、转速180r/min;最适培养基为:葡萄糖20.0g/L、酵母膏10.0g/L、MnSO_4 0.2g/L、CaCl_2 0.3g/L、KH_2PO_4 0.1g/L、MgSO_4 0.05g/L。在上述条件下,侧孢芽孢杆菌C5的发酵芽孢数可达1.08×109CFU/mL。

Optimizing Fermentation Condition for Bacillus laterosporus C5
Abstract:In order to use Bacillus laterosporus C5 efficiently in production, the growth characteristics were studied, and the liquid fermentation medium and fermentation conditions were optimized. The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were initial pH 7.0, temperature 30 ℃ , inoculation rate 3%-5%, and rotate speed 180 r/min; the optimum medium was glucose 20.0 g/L, yeast extract 10.0 g/L, MnSO4 0.2 g/L, CaCl2 0.3 g/L, KH2PO4 0.1 g/L, MgSO4 0.05 g/L. Under the conditions, the spore yield with optimum medium formula was up to 1.08×109 CFU/mL.
