| 摘 要： | 教师压力问题是一个世界性的研究课题。国内外的众多研究证明，教师职业是一个高压力职业。从四个方面对国内外教师压力研究进行总结与分析，发现目前教师压力研究存在的若干问题，提出未来研究的几点建议。

| Abstract: | The problem teachers' stress is a worldwide research subject. Numerous studies have shown that both at home and abroad the occupation of teacher is one with great pressure, this paper summarized and the analyzed the researches on teachers' stress at home and abroad from four aspects,it found the problems in researches on teachers' stress,put forward some suggestions on the researches in the future. |
