摘 要: | 随着高校国家示范校建设工作的逐步深化,职业教育的目标就是培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才。这就要求我们建成与之相适应的人才培养模式,有利于引导学生从自卑、自弃到自信、自强的转化,达到促进学生目标明确地发展自己,以成功者的心态走向社会的科学有效的人才培养模式。

Abstract: | With the gradualdeepening of the construction national demonstration schools,the target of vocational education is to cultivate high-quality workers and skilled personnel.Thus requests us to establish a scientific and effective competent personnel cultivation mode conforming to it,which would help to guide the students and change them from being self-abased to being self-confident and being independent,so as to promote the students to develop themselves with definite goals and move onto society as a successor with healthy mentality . |
