摘    要:为建立高效液相色谱法测定迷迭香中鼠尾草酸含量的方法,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为230 nm;柱温30℃,等度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min。结果显示,鼠尾草酸在0.277 2~1.016 4 mg/m L范围具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 92),回收率为97.56%。该方法快速、灵敏、准确,目标峰分离度良好,可为迷迭香药材以及提取物的质量控制提供依据。

Determination of Carnosic Acid in Rosemary by RP-HPLC
Abstract:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of carnosic acid in Rosemarinus ofifcimalis L., the anaiysis was carried out on Pheromenex Ecosil C18 column (200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm), the mobile phase was composed of actonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid aqucous (60∶40, v/v).The detection wavelength was 210 nm, with lfow rate 1.0 mL/min at column temperature of 30℃.The standard curve of linear relationship was of 0.277 2-1.016 4 mg/mL and R2=0.999 92, average recovery was 97.56%. The method was accurate, sensitive, simple and reliable for the determination of carnosic acid in Rosemarinus oifcinalis L., suitable for the quality evaluation of Rosemarinus ofifcinalis L.
