摘    要:通过近5 a的双低杂交油菜沣油737制种技术研究,探索出了一套适宜陕南勉县气候条件下的高产保纯制种技术。其主要技术措施是:选择优势基地,制种基地应相对集中连片,土质肥沃;在保证隔离安全的条件下,培育壮苗,规范栽培,严格父母本行比为1∶2;母本适时打薹促花遇,薹高15~20cm时开始打薹,要打去薹高的1/3;采用化学杀雄剂控制不育系前期微粉,在母本显蕾期用2~3μg/m L定军1号水剂化杀剂喷施1~2次能起到很好的杀雄效果,种子纯度能提高5%~20%。

Optimal and High-Yield Seeding Production Technology of Hybrid Rape Fenyou 737 in Mian County
Abstract:Taking Hybrid Rape Fenyou 737 as material, about 5 years’ breeding technology research was conducted, the optimal and high-yielding seed production technology of hybrid rape fenyou 737 was summarized as follows: (1) Choose relatively concentrated, fertile soil as seed production base.(2) Ensure the safety of isolation, breeding strong seedlings and transplant male and female parent according to line ratio of 1∶2. (3) Pick young budding branches by 1/3 when female parent bolting by 15-20 cm. (4) Using chemical hybridization agents control prophase powder of sterile lines, in the show stage of female parent spraying in 2-3 μg/mLby 1-2 times on killing male effectively, seed purity can improve 5%- 20%.
