新鲜蔬菜中农药残留降解技术应用研究进展

摘    要:新鲜蔬菜农药残留对人体健康造成威胁。综述了蔬菜中农药残留的物理技术降解法、化学技术降解法和微生物技术降解法,物理技术降解法主要有洗涤法,光照法和去皮法,化学技术降解法主要有臭氧降解法和电功能水降解法,微生物技术降解主要有专用菌降解法和专用酶降解法。应用这些技术可以降低蔬菜农药残留的隐患和风险。

Advances in the Application of Degradation Technology for Pesticide Residues on Fresh Vegetables
Abstract:The pesticide residues in fresh vegetables posed a threat to human health. In order to reduce the risks of pesticide residues in vegetables, the physical technology degradation method, chemical technology degradation method and microbial technology degradation method were reviewed. The physical technology degradation methods included methods of washing, light and peeling, the chemical technology degradation methods included methods of ozone and electric functional water and the microbial technology degradation methods included degradation methods of specialized bacteria or enzymes.
