| 摘 要： | 农业机械是发展现代农业的重要物质基础，农业机械化是农业现代化的重要标志，随着我国农业机械化水平的不断提高，加强农村农机管理工作对农业生产建设有着极其重要的意义。但是从目前的情况来看，基层农机管理服务部门除了承担农机管理服务及农机安全管理工作之外，还承担着新农机的推广和农机人员的培训工作。随着科学技术的进一步发展，使得农业机械化进程逐渐的加快，但是基层农机管理服务体系还不是很健全，这也就导致了工作中出现一些问题，对基层农机设备的推广造成了一定的影响。文章主要针对基层农机管理服务存在的问题进行分析，并提出相应的解决对策。

| Abstract: | Agricultural machinery is one of the important material base to develop modern agriculture,and agricultural mech-anization is the important symbol of agricultural modernization.With the continuous improvement of China's agricultural mecha-nization level,to strengthen the construction of rural agricultural machinery management work on agricultural production has very important significance.But from the point of the current situation,agricultural machinery management service department at the grass-roots level not only undertakes the farm machinery management services and farm machinery safety management work,but also bears the new farm machinery promotion and personnel training work of agricultural machinery.With the further development of the science and technology,it makes the process of agricultural mechanization gradually speeding up,but our basic-level agri-cultural machinery management and service system is not very perfect,it also causes some problems in the work,and has caused a certain influence on the promotion of agricultural machinery equipment at the grass-roots level. This paper aims at the existing problem of agricultural machinery management services at the grass-roots level and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. |
