红掌盆花生产成本与效益数字化管理

摘    要:针对目前红掌盆花生产易受传统小农经济影响、生产效益不明显的现象,从突破传统农业的思维,以广州花卉研究中心多年红掌盆花生产成本和销售价格数据为基础,从数字化、精准化角度,对红掌盆花生产各环节成本因子投入与效益进行测算与分析,实现红掌盆花生产投入与效益体现的数字化管理模式。提出红掌盆花生产从穴盘苗至成品的最佳出圃时间为12个月,在12个月内出圃,投入与效益成正相关,超过12个月出圃,投入与效益成负相关。同时要求提高产品质量,增加一级品的比例和提高商品率,取得效益最大化。

Abstract:Due to the vulnerability of potted Anthurium andraeanum production under the influence of traditional small peasant economy,the profit efficiency of production was not obvious.Based on a breakthrough thinking of traditional agriculture and years of accumulation of data from the Guangzhou Flower Research Center,in the prospectives of digitalization and accurization,we measured and analyzed the cost factors and benefit estimates in each link of potted Anthurium andraeanum production,producing a digital management mode that reflect the production input and benefit of potted Anthurium andraeanum.We put forth that the best root time of potted Anthurium andraeanum production from the hole tray seedlings to finished product was 12 months;if the root time was within 12 months,the input and benefit were positively correlated;if the root time was more than 12 months,the input and benefit would were negatively correlated.At the mean time,we should improve product quality,increase the proportion of first-grade product,and commercializing rate in order to maximize the profit efficiency of production.
