土壤水分影响生菜生长和Cd吸收初步研究

摘    要:通过盆栽试验研究了土壤不同水分处理对生菜生物量和Cd含量的影响。结果表明,土壤持水量显著影响生菜的生物量,影响生菜地上部和根的Cd含量,且生菜地上部(或根)Cd含量与土壤持水量呈显著负相关,其中土壤持水量从45%提高到75%,生菜地上部Cd含量降低33%;生菜地上部(或根)Cd含量与土壤乙酸铵-Cd含量呈显著正相关,但不同处理生菜地上部Cd含量显著差异不是由土壤乙酸铵-Cd的变化引起的,而是由土壤含水量处理不同造成的。因此,中轻度重金属污染土壤上的叶菜,可以通过调节土壤水分来调控其可食部分中的Cd含量。

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted to investigate effects of different percent water holding capacity(WHC) in soil on the fresh biomass and Cd concentration of lettuce,pH and NH4OAc extractable Cd concentration of soil.The results showed that soil moisture affected significantly(P<0.05) biomass,shoot and root Cd concentrations of lettuce,what’s more,there was a significantly negative relationship between shoot or root Cd concentration and soil moisture,a markedly positive relationship between shoot(or root) Cd concentration and NH4OAc extractable Cd concentration of soil.Shoot Cd concentration decreased 33% while soil moisture increased from 45%WHC up to 75%WHC.Soil moisture did not affect soil pH significantly.The significant difference of Cd concentration in lettuce shoot under the treatment of soil moisture was not caused by the difference of soil NH4OAc extractable Cd concentration,but by that of soil moisture level.Therefore,it is a green and environment-friendly measure for the control of Cd concentration in edible part of leafy vegetable growing in the vegetative soil moderately or slightly contaminated by cadmium to adjust soil moisture.
