| 摘 要： | 以广粉1号和巴西为对照,通过大田试验,对东莞大蕉的生物学特性、抗逆性、生产成本等与作为加工原料相关的农艺性状进行研究。结果表明,东莞大蕉高矮适度、假茎粗壮、叶片短而宽、果穗短而宽、果指少而重,抗寒、抗风、抗病能力较强,产量较高,具备作为农产品或食品加工原料所需要的生产区域广、生产技术难度小、生产成本低、产量高、市价格低等特点,可见东莞大蕉具有作为香蕉加工业原料的优秀潜质。

| Abstract: | The agronomic characteristics associated with procession of Musa sapientum Linn.(Dongguan) were investigated through field experiments using Guang-fen No.1 and Brazilian as two control varieties.Results indicated that Musa sapientum Linn.(Dongguan) possessed proper height,strong pseudostem,short and broad leaves,short and wide bunch,less and heavy fruit finger etc.as compared with the control varieties.Besides,this variety had stronger tolerance to stresses as cold,wind and diseases than the controls,and its yield was higher.Therefore,Musa sapientum Linn.(Dongguan) was an excellent potential raw material for industrial banana procession,with its above superb agronomic traits sucn as well as it meets all the requirements for food procession raw materials including the wide cultivation,high yield,low cost cheap price and low technological requirements in cultivation. |
