| 摘 要： | 以艳山姜种子为材料,探索艳山姜种子的萌发条件和育苗方法。结果表明,艳山姜种子发芽的适宜温度为25~30℃,pH值为弱碱性(7.5~8.0)时,发芽势、发芽率和活力指数均高于对照和其他条件的处理;种子萌发过程对水分的需求主要集中在播种后的前8 h,12 h吸水量占总吸水的98.9%;种子大小、成熟度对种子的发芽势、发芽率和活力指数等都有影响;生产中选择发育成熟的种大、红棕色的种子,采用一定比例选种方式(泥水与水比例为1∶3)时具有较高的发芽率和活力指数。

| Abstract: | Alpinia zerumbet(Pers.) Burrt.& Smith can be used as flavorings and medicines,and also can be used as ornamental plant for its beautiful flowers.The experimental result showed that the optimum temperature for germination was 25~30℃.When the pH as 7.5~8.0,germination vigor,rates and activity index were exceed contra pose group and other treating groups.Water uptake of the seeds of Alpinia zerumbet were major in the former 8 hours,water uptake in former 12 hours was 98.9% of its total water uptake.Seeds size and maturity plays an essential role on seeds germination vigor,rates and activity index,the results showed that the seeds with big size and with the color of red-brown will have great germination rates and activity index.Taken the proper scale(mud∶water =1∶3) to select seeds gets a high outcome. |
