| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相技术，测定仙居鸡和固始鸡胸肌肌苷酸的含量。结果表明：①仙居鸡胸肌肌苷酸含量显著高于固始鸡；②仙居鸡和固始鸡胸肌肌苷酸含量性别间表现为公鸡低于母鸡，其中仙居鸡公、母鸡间差异显著；③胸肌肌苷酸含量与12周龄体重相关分析表明，仙居鸡和固始鸡胸肌肌苷酸含量与12周龄体重呈负相关，其中仙居鸡胸肌肌苷酸含量与体重相关达显著水平。

| Abstract: | Inosinice acid (IMP) contents of pectoralis muscles in Xianju chickens and Gushi chichens were tested by HPLC method. The results showed that IMP contents of pectoralis muscles in Xianju chickens were significantly highter than Gushi chickens. And the significant difference in IMP contents was observed between male and female in Xianju chickens. Additionally, there was significant negative correlation between IMP contents and body weight at 12 weeks of age in Xianju chickens. |
