山东沿海经济贝类中有机氯农药含量分析及安全性评价

摘    要:2008年4月和10月在山东沿海5个地区的海产品市场共采集样品20份,采用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)、外标法定量,对贝类体内有机氯农药(HCHs、DDTs)残留量进行检测。结果表明:贝类体内HCHs未检出,DDTs的检出率为35%,均未超过相关国家标准。与国内其它海域的贝类相比,山东沿海贝类有机氯农药残留低,与2005年数据相比,其污染情况也有明显的改善。pp'-DDD和pp'-DDE占DDTs的主要部分,说明山东沿海近期污染源输入很少,DDTs的降解主要源于有氧降解。

Abstract:The residue of organochlorine pesticides(HCHs、DDTs) in 20 samples of shellfish collected from the marine product markets in Shandong coastal areas in April and October,2008 were detected by GC-ECD and calculated by the external standard method.The results showed that no HCHs was detected and the detection rate of DDTs was 35%,which were not above the related national standards and lower than those in other sea areas in China.The pollution situation was evidently improved compared with that in 2005.Most part of DDTs were pp'-DDD and pp'-DDE,which indicated that there was no new pollution source to be input recently and the decomposed DDTs were mainly caused by aerobic degradation.
