四川丘陵地区桑园合理施氮方案的研究

摘    要:针对四川丘陵地区桑园偏施和过量施用氮肥的问题,设置0、120、240、360、480 kg/hm2尿素共5个施氮量试验组,通过比较与分析不同试验组桑叶产量和部分品质性状成绩,建立不同生产目的桑园施氮效应函数,提供合理的施氮方案。试验结果表明,少施或过量施氮都会降低桑叶产量及桑叶中营养活性物质的含量和桑叶营养活性物质的产量。240 kg/hm2的桑园施氮量能显著提高桑叶营养活性物质的含量;360 kg/hm2的桑园施氮量能显著提高桑叶产量及桑叶营养活性物质的产量。依据分别建立的桑园施氮量与桑叶产量、桑叶中的1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)含量、桑叶DNJ产量的肥料效应函数,推荐以生产养蚕用叶为目的的桑园最佳施氮量为360 kg/hm2,以提高桑叶DNJ含量和产量为目的的桑园最佳施氮量分别为299.56 kg/hm2和294.72 kg/hm2。

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problem of insufficient or excessive nitrogen fertilization in hilly areas of Sichuan Province,we compared and analyzed mulberry leaf yield and several quality property indexes in 5 test groups with different amount of nitrogen fertilization,namely 0,120,240,360,480 kg/hm2 of urea respectively,to establish nitrogen fertilization effect functions for various productive purposes so as to provide rational nitrogen fertilization scheme.The experimental results indicted that both insufficient and excessive nitrogen fertilization decreased mulberry leaf yield,the content and yield of active nutrient substances in mulberry leaf.The content of active nutrient substances in mulberry leaf was significantly increased under 240 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilization,while mulberry leaf yield and active nutrient substances’ yield in mulberry leaf were significantly increased under 360 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilization.According to the established fertilizer effect functions of nitrogen fertilization amount in mulberry gardens respective to mulberry leaf yield,1-deoxynojirimycin(DNJ) content and yield in mulberry leaf,it is recommended that the optimal nitrogen fertilization in mulberry gardens for producing mulberry leaves to feed silkworm is 360 kg/hm2,and that for improving the content and yield of DNJ in mulberry leaf is 299.56 kg/hm2 and 294.72 kg/hm2 respectively.
