摘    要:小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量的鲨鱼软骨酸性粘多糖 (SCAMP)后 ,其胸、脾指数增高 ,并在一定剂量范围内有浓度依赖关系。 5mg/kg体重剂量的SCAMP能显著活化小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞 ,与对照组相比 ,试验组巨噬细胞在外观形态上微绒毛变少、变长 ,伪足伸出 ,形状变得不规则 ;免疫球蛋白G含量也明显增加 ,同时小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞中酸性磷酸酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性增加。

Abstract:When Kunming mice were received different content shark cartilage acid mucopoloasoccaride (SCAMP) by intraperitoneal injecting, the results showed that spleen index and thymax index were increased. Compared with CK at a dose of 5 mg/kg body weight, macrophage can be activated: the microvilli became less and longer, the pseudopodia was stretched. In the other hand, the activity of ACPase and GSH Pxase were enhanced, IgG of blood was increased significantly. In conclusion, SCAMP exhibits a wider rang of immunomodulatory activity about macrophages.
