| 摘 要： | 蔷薇属植物种子普遍具有综合性深休眠特征,果皮和种皮内含有较高水平的ABA,可能是导致休眠的主要原因之一。针对其休眠特性,催芽方法有:酸蚀裂口、激素浸种、低温层积等。 |

| Abstract: | It is suggested that the relatively high level of ABA in the pericarp and testa of Rosa is the major cause of the achene dormancy.Because of the comprehensive deep dormancy characteristic,methods to relieve dormancy were summarized in this paper,such as acid-treatment,shell-cracking,stratification and soaking in solution of hormone. |
