| 摘 要： | 紫花苜蓿（Medicago sativa L.）是世界上重要的豆科牧草,它具有品质优良,易于栽培等特点,在生态环境保护方面也发挥着积极作用。近年来利用转基因技术对紫花苜蓿进行遗传改良的研究已取得了较大的进展。本文总结了紫花苜蓿在基因转化受体、转化方法及基因工程遗传改良等方面的研究现状,并展望了紫花苜蓿转基因技术在今后研究工作中的重要地位和前景。

| Abstract: | As an important legume forage plant in the world,alfalfa possesses fine quality of nutrition,easily to be planted and plays a positive role in improving natural enviroment.In recent years,some achievements about genetic improve of alfalfa have been obtained.The paper summarizes the latest research advances in genetic engineering of alfalfa,which include the establishment of the recipient systems,aromatics and content of alfalfa genetic transformation.and also looked forward to the prospect of alfalfa genetic engineering in the research work in the future. |
