| 摘 要： | 基于江苏省丘陵山区农业综合开发具有代表性的五个县市（溧阳、溧水、仪征、赣榆、盱眙）开发情况的调研基础数据，结合国家和省委和省政府对丘陵山区开发的目标和要求。形成江苏省丘陵山区综合开发绩效评价综合（指标）体系，通过专家评价法确定各指标的权重，确定江苏省丘陵山区农业综合开发的总体水平。

| Abstract: | Based on the data of the five representative counties(Liyang,Lishui,Yizhen,Gangyu,Xuyu) and the goal and requirement of our country and province for the development of hilly areas,a comprehensive target appraisal system for the effect of the comprehensive development of the hilly areas in Jiangsu Province has been formulated.The weight of each target is determined by experts so that the general level of the comprehensive development of the hilly areas in Jiangsu Province can be determined. |
