铝处理对2个桉树无性系幼苗丙二醛含量的影响

摘    要:采用室内水培试验法,研究了铝处理对广西区2个优良桉树无性系(Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla No.9和E.urophylla No.4,分别记为G9、G4)根系及叶片内MDA含量的影响。结果表明:2个桉树无性系根内MDA含量均比叶内高;铝处理下,2个桉树无性系幼苗的MDA含量明显升高,G4根中MDA含量最高,达11.49μmol·g-1,根中MDA含量比叶中高,桉树无性系幼苗根部受铝伤害较叶严重。

Effect of Aluminium Treatment on MDA Content of Two Eucalyptus Clones
Abstract:Effects of Aluminium treatment on MDA content in root and leaves of two superior Eucalyptus clones (Eucalyptus grandis ×E .urophylla No.9 and E .urophylla No.4 which are recorded for G4,G9)were studied by using the indoor hydroponic experiment.Result shows that MDA content in root of two Eucalyptus clones are all higher than that in the leaves;under aluminium treatment,the content of MDA in seedlings significantly increased in both two clones.MDA content in the root of G4 is the highest,being 1 1.49 umol g-1 ;MDA content in the roots is higher than that in the leaves;the root of seedlings in clones of Eucalyptus are seriously damaged by aluminium than in the leaves.
