| 摘 要： | 为了探讨初生根系对春小麦生长发育及产量的影响,对14个春小麦不同品种(系)的初生根进行切除处理测定.结果表明,春小麦不同品种(系)的初生根数目和干重是不一样的,这种差别不仅在幼苗就有表现,而且与以后的性状发育及产量构成密切相关.因此,可以通过室内初生根系的测定来鉴定小麦的丰产性能.

| Abstract: | In order to study the relationship between primary root system and the growth, development and yield of different varieties or strains of Spring wheat, experiments on spring wheat strains were made. The primary roots were cut off and weighted, their statistics were made. The results showed that different varieties(strains ) have different numbers of primary roots. This difference has showed during the seedling period and is closly related with its character development and yield components.Hence it is possible to appraise the harvest traits of different wheat strains through measurement of primary root systems during the seedling stage in the laboratory. |
