摘    要:选取丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、丙烯酸-聚氨酯共聚物3种水性漆为滴液,用接触角测试仪对3种水性漆在杨木表面的接触角进行测试,对比分析其对杨木表面润湿性的影响。结果表明:未进行超纯水稀释的水性漆中,丙烯酸酯、共聚物水性漆在杨木径切面的润湿性优于弦切面,聚氨酯水性漆则反之;共聚物水性漆相比于其他两种漆润湿性更好,聚氨酯次之,丙烯酸酯水性漆的润湿性则相对较差。相比未进行超纯水稀释的水性漆,经稀释处理的3种水性漆在杨木表面的接触角均有不同程度的下降。接触角下降率分析表明:丙烯酸酯水性漆相比其他两种漆在杨木表面的润湿性更好,此外共聚物水性漆在杨木弦切面润湿性优于径切面,而其他两种水性漆则相反。

Abstract:Three water-based paints of acrylic ester,polyurethane,and acrylic-urethane copolymer were selected as drops,and the contact angles of the three water-based paints on the surface of poplar were tested using a contact angle tester.The influence of water-based paint on the wettability of poplar surface was compared and analyzed.The results showed that,in the water-based paint without ultra-pure water dilution,the wettability of the acrylic ester and copolymer water-based paint on the poplar radial section were better than the tangential section,and the polyurethane water-based paint was the opposite.The copolymer water-based paint has better wettability than the other two paints,followed by polyurethane water-based paint,and the acrylic paint has relatively poor wettability.Compared with water-based paints without ultra-pure water dilution,the contact angles of these three water-based paints diluted with ultrapure water on the surface of poplar wood all decrease to varying degrees.Angle contact drop rate analysis showed that:acrylic water-based paint has better wettability on the surface of poplar wood after being diluted with water than the other two paints.In addition,the waterbased copolymer paint has better wettability on the poplar tangential section than the radial section,while the other two water-based paints are opposite.
