摘    要:螺旋齿圆柱铣刀在高速切削木材时会出现崩刃和折断等现象,且小直径长铣刀此类问题尤为明显,为此对螺旋齿圆柱铣刀铣削加工时的运动力学特性进行分析研究。建立螺旋齿圆柱铣刀的矩阵方程,获得铣刀铣削运动轨迹,并明确了铣削加工方式;利用ADAMS分析不同铣削参数对螺旋齿圆柱铣刀切入过程的影响,得到不同铣削参数下螺旋齿圆柱铣刀所受冲击载荷随时间的变化曲线;运用ANSYS Workbench瞬态动力学分析,明确了铣削切入工件时螺旋齿圆柱铣刀的瞬时应力大小和分布情况,为螺旋圆柱铣削加工确定最佳铣削参数提供理论依据。

Abstract:Due to the phenomenon of chipping and breaking when the spiral tooth cylindrical milling cutter cuts wood at high speed,and such problems of small diameter long milling cutters are particularly obvious,therefore the dynamic characteristics of cylindrical milling cutter with spiral teeth were analyzed and studied.The matrix equation of cylindrical milling cutter with spiral teeth was established,the milling trajectory was obtained and the milling processing method was clarified.Then ADAMS was used to analyze the influence of different milling parameters on the cutting process of spiral tooth cylindrical milling cutter,and the change curve of impact load with time under different milling parameters was obtained.Finally,the transient dynamic analysis was performed using ANSYS Workbench,and the instantaneous stress and distribution of spiral tooth cylindrical milling cutter when cutting into work piece was clarified which provide a theoretical basis for determining the optimal milling parameters during the machining of helical cylindrical milling.
