| 摘 要： | 农业面源污染关系我国生态文明建设和乡村振兴战略的实施。汉江水源地地处我国重点生态功能区、南水北调水源地,防治农业面源污染的责任和意义重大。文章在对汉江流域水源地农业面源污染防治现状分析的基础上,阐述监测难度大,责任追究难,监管手段落后,农民积极性难调动等农村面源污染防治困境,并结合现有先进防治模式提出防治建议。

| Abstract: | Agricultural non-point source pollution is related to the construction of ecological civilization and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.The water source area of Hanjiang River is located in the key ecological function area and the water source of south-to-north water diversion project,where the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution is of great responsibility and significance.This paper analyzed the current situation and the difficulties of rural non-point source pollution prevention and control,such as the difficulty of monitoring,the difficulty of accountability,the backward means of temporary management,and the difficulty of mobilizing the enthusiasm of farmers,as well as put forward suggestions combined with the existing advanced prevention and control mode. |
