叠氮化钠对花生丛生芽诱导的影响

摘    要:花生幼芽叶节,用不同浓度的NaN3及不同的处理时间进行诱变处理.结果表明,外植体的成活率,丛生芽的诱导率均随NaN3浓度的提高及处理时间的增加而降低.NaN3用于诱发花生丛生芽变异的适宜浓度为200mg/L,处理时间为2h.

Abstract:Single node with leaf of peanut were treated by NaN 3 with different concentration and different controlling time. The result indicated that rate of living explants and rate responsive explants were reduced with the increasing of concentrations on NaN 3 and contronlling time.The concentrations on 200mg/L with 2h controlling of NaN 3 were suggested to be suitable for inducing mutant of adventitious shoots.
