摘    要:以4ZL-3.0型联合收割机脱粒装置为基础,并以Autodesk公司三维造型软件MDT3.0为设计平台,利用AutoLisp及ObjectARX等开发工具,建立了以数据库为中心的脱粒装置三维参数化设计系统。整个系统按照自上而下的并行方式进行设计,并按照装配等级模型对滚筒的零部件进行了装配。此系统保证了整体的协调性和一致性,并可实现脱粒装置及其变形产品零件图及装置图的快速生成。

Abstract:A three dimensional parametric design procedure for a threshing device was introduced and a design system centering around the data files was developed based on the MDT 3 0 and its accessory SDK. By inputting design parameters, such as feed rate, grain rate etc. the system can provide feasible plan, the parts and assembly drawings for users, and they can adjust the parameters slightly. In order to keep independent of each module, the system is centered around the data files. The whole design procedure is processed with the top down design method. The up level only controls the passing of design parameters and is independent of the design details and realizing methods. The designs of parts keep their own self government. By establishing the assembly hierarchy model, the system ensures that the assembly relationship will not change as the part parameters change. In this well harmonized system, the part and assembly drawings of a threshing set and its metamorphic products can be created rapidly.
