| 摘 要： | 我国长期以来高度关注粮食安全,导致过分倚重耕地农业,不仅加重了耕地的负担,而且过度扩大耕地面积导致生态遭到破坏,对农业整体资源缺乏统筹利用。近年来,随着我国经济的迅速发展,城乡居民生活质量不断提高,这就意味着我国人民的膳食营养结构和消费方向发生变化。针对我国人民饮食结构升级的现实,提出施行草地农业,将牧草作为植物生产的重要组分纳入农业土地利用,并突出草食家畜生产,实现农区与牧区的系统耦合,将在食物安全上引起一系列"革命性"变革。
