| 摘 要： | 两山一水生态旅游圈的开发对南水北调中线工程的可持续发展有重要意义。运用文献综合法、SWOT分析法,对南水北调中线水源地丹江口水库、伏牛山、武当山(两山一水)及其周边旅游地的生态旅游资源进行综合分析。分析发现,建设该旅游圈具有明显的地缘和区位优势,同时旅游圈的生态旅游资源不但丰富,而且优势互补,特色鲜明,基础良好,极具发展潜力;劣势在于区域经济发展落后,跨区域发展协调难度大。但是,国家对水源区发展生态旅游的政策支持,不断建设的交通网为本旅游圈建设提供了难得的机遇。为此,提出发展该生态旅游圈一体化、点-环-圈、整体联合促销的发展战略,设计了6类旅游产品21条旅游线路,并针对开发的劣势和挑战提出:政府要积极发挥在生态旅游圈建设中的推动作用,培育区域旅游产业联盟,合理定位市场,联合宣传促销,开发特色产品,建立区域品牌优势等建议.
