增施铁肥提高小麦抗盐性研究

摘    要:目的]探索增施铁肥提高小麦抗盐能力的方法。方法]对小麦幼苗增施5倍和10倍Fe肥,分析增施Fe肥对小麦生长和光合能力的影响。结果]在相同NaCl浓度条件下,Fe元素加倍能显著提高小麦的整株鲜重,叶片的光合色素含量显著高于对照,叶片PSⅡ光化学活性也明显提高,但在无NaCl条件下,增施铁肥对小麦有害。结论]研究结果显示增施铁肥可以提高小麦的抗盐能力。
