摘    要:试验对肉鸡、肉杂鸡、盐津乌鸡、武定鸡、茶花鸡肌肉肌苷酸含量分析结果表明,在第60日龄,地方鸡肌苷酸含量均比肉鸡和肉杂鸡高,且盐津乌鸡、武定鸡、茶花鸡的肌苷酸含量依次上升,日粮营养水平对肌肉中肌苷酸含量影响不大,但采食低营养水平日粮其肌肉肌苷酸含量稍高于中、高营养水平日粮。

Abstract:The experiments were conducted to study the difference of inosinic acid of broiler,miscellaneous broilers,Chahua chicken,Yanjin native black-bone chicken,Wuding native chicken.The results show that the content of inosinic acid of native chicken is higher than that of broiler,miscellaneous broilers.Of native chicken,inosinic acid content of Yanjin native black-bone chicken is the lowest,and that of Chahua chicken is highest.Dietary nutritional Levels have not much effect on inosinic acid content of muscle.
