摘    要:提出了一种以提高液力变矩器涡轮输出功率为目标的换挡规律,运用Matlab/Simulink建立了仿真模型.验证换挡规律的正确性。结果表明,该换挡规律可以提高涡轮的输出功率,对改善工程车辆的动力性和节能有实际意义。

Abstract:The shift schedule is the basic of the automatic transmission system. From the point of view of enhancing the output power of a vehicle, a new shift schedule was developed in which the parameters of throttle position, pump speed and turbine speed were taken as variables. The points of intersection of turbine power-output in different shifts were taken as the shift points. In order to verify the shift schedule,the dynamic model of the vehicle powertrain was established and the simulation system of automatic transmission was developed by using a software package of Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results proved that the shift schedule was correct and the power-output of the turbine, through shifting-up or shifting-down, could be heightened immediately.
