| 摘 要： | 亳州市是安徽小麦主产地市之一，其小麦产业的可持续高质量发展对安徽省经济发展具有极其重要的作用。为深入了解亳州市优质小麦的生产现状和当前主要存在的问题。本文以2017年至2021安徽省统计局统计年鉴和亳州市优质小麦秋种计划为数据来源，通过对亳州市面粉加工厂和小麦相关产业进行实地调研，总结了亳州优质小麦生产现状和存在的问题，并从优质小麦的栽培措施、品种类型、面粉企业、订单农业以及产业链契合等方面进行提出了建议和发展对策，以期为亳州市优质小麦产业的高产高质高效发展提供参考。

Status Quo, Existing Problems and Development Countermeasures of High Quality Wheat Production in Bozhou City |

| Abstract: | Bozhou is one of the main wheat producing cities in Anhui. The sustainable and high-quality development of its wheat industry plays an extremely important role in the economic development of Anhui Province. In order to deeply understand the production status and current main problems of high-quality wheat in Bozhou City. Based on the statistical yearbook of Anhui Provincial Bureau of Statistics and the autumn planting plan of high-quality wheat in Bozhou from 2017 to 2021, this paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of high-quality wheat production in Bozhou through field research on flour processing factories and wheat-related industries in Bozhou. , and put forward suggestions and development countermeasures from the aspects of high-quality wheat cultivation measures, variety types, flour enterprises, contract agriculture and industrial chain fit, in order to provide reference for the high-yield, high-quality and efficient development of the high-quality wheat industry in Bozhou. |
