摘    要:采用塑料袋营养土栽培试验方法,研究了Cd胁迫对枇杷苗叶片酶活性及膜透性的影响.结果表明:SOD,POD的活性及MDA含量随着Cd浓度的增大而上升,在浓度达300mg/L时达到最大值,而后下降;CAT与PP0的活性亦随着浓度的增大而上升,但其峰值出现在浓度100mg/L时:随着Cd浓度的增大,叶片细胞电解质渗出率增加,膜透性明显提高,说明Cd胁迫会造成枇杷叶片细胞膜透性的破坏,使细胞膜脂过氧化加剧.

Abstract:Loquat seedlings were cultivated in plastic bags with nutritive soil to study the enzyme activity and permeability of plasma membrane of the leaves under cadium (Cd) stress. The results showed that the activity of SOD and POD, and the MDA content in the leaves increased with Cd concentration, peaked at 300 mg/L and then decreased. The activity of CAT and PPO also increased with the Cd concentration, and peaked at 100 mg/L. With the ascent of Cd concentration, the electrolyte effusion rate increased in the leaves and the membrane permeability increased obviously. This indicated that the Cd stress resulted in destruction of the permeability of the plasma membrane of the loquat leaf cell, aggravating lipid peroxidation of the cytomembrane.
