干旱胁迫对水稻生理生化的影响

摘    要:在干旱胁迫条件下,水稻的各种生理代谢过程发生了很大变化,水稻植株的净光合速率、叶绿素含量及光合酶活性有所下降,游离脯氨酸、脱落酸、活性氧和丙二醛的积累量明显增加,抗氧化酶超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化酶活性增强,清除过量的活性氧,减少对水稻的损伤,耐旱性强的水稻品种可能具有更强的抗氧化能力。今后,通过对与水稻抗旱有关的功能基因的转导和表达的研究,从分子水平上探索水稻水分胁迫的内在机理并通过基因工程的方法培育出抗旱品种,可以减少干旱胁迫对水稻产量和品质的影响。

Abstract:In drought stress conditions,the process of physiological metabolism of rice changes greatly.The net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content and the activities of photosynthetic enzyme decrease,the contents of free proline,abscisic acid,active oxygen species and malondialdehyde obviously increase,and the activities of antioxidase SOD,POD and CAT are strengthened and excessive active oxygen is cleared out,which lighten the damage to rice.Rice variety with strong drought resistance may be of strong resistant to oxidation.In future,drought resistance rice variety will be bred through study on the transduction and expression of functional gene related with drought resistance of rice,the inherent mechanism of water stress of rice by molecular technology and breeding with genetic engineering.
