摘    要:我国核桃栽培面积大,产量高,但是加工技术落后,没有成熟的核桃破壳机械。针对上述问题,确定了核桃破壳取仁工艺,介绍了常见核桃破壳取仁方法及核桃破壳装置,并设计开发了6PK-400核桃破壳机,对其结构和原理做了介绍。该机选用平板挤压破壳方法,采用了一对端面呈倾斜、上宽下窄的破壳板作为核桃破壳工作部件,可对核桃进行破壳取仁。通过对核桃破壳试验及影响核桃破壳的主要因素进行分析表明:该机具结构设计合理,为破壳装置的改进设计与使用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A new design of walnut exuviating has been accomplished by Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences aimed to solve the extremely important problem of backward technology and not-mature walnut exuviating machinery in walnut cultivated area of high output.Author had determined the walnut exuviating craft,introduced the common walnut exuviating method and installment,finally designed the 6PK-400 walnut exuviating machine,introduced its structure and the principle.This machine selected the plate to push the implosion shell method,used a pair of shelling plate by way of working part,it might carry on the walnut exuviating.Through the walnut exuviating experiment and the primary influence factor analysis,indicated that this machine structural design is reasonable and provided the theory basis for the exuviating installment's improvement.
