| 摘 要： | 森林城市对于生态文明和美丽中国建设具有重要作用,科学的评价是对其建设水平的衡量与反映,评价指标体系构建是进行评价的基本前提。以浙江省为例,总结相关评价基础上,根据相关原则构建由森林状态、森林效益和森林发展三大系统、具体由26个指标组成的森林城市综合评价指标体系,并通过层次分析法确定各层指标权重,建立指标值计算模型,最后对评价体系构建过程中存在问题进行讨论。希望通过对森林城市评价指标体系的研究拓宽对森林城市研究方向,为森林城市建设、城市森林生态效益更好发挥提供有价值的参考。

A study on construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system of forest cities in Zhejiang province |

| Abstract: | Forest city construction plays an significant role in constructing ecological civilization and beautiful China, while scientific evaluation could measure and reflect its level of development ,whose basic premise is forming evaluation index system. The paper took Zhejiang Province as a case ,based on the related evaluations and principles,put forward forest city comprehensive evaluation index system,which was composed of forest state system, forest benefit system,forest development system and 26 indexes in detail.The indexes weight were computed by the method of analytic hierarchy process,meanwhile the computational model of index value was analyzed,the problem need to be solved was discussed at last. The research of forest city comprehensive evaluation index system provides not only an inspire on the study of forest city,but also useful reference for studying forest city and urban forest,as well as their ecological benefit. |
