抱茎苦荬菜中腺苷超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]优选抱茎苦荬菜中腺苷的超声水提工艺。方法]在单因素试验基础上,以料液比、提取温度、提取时间3个因素进行正交试验。结果]3个因素对抱茎苦荬菜腺苷得率影响程度为:提取时间〉提取温度〉料液比。抱茎苦荬菜中腺苷的水提最佳工艺条件为:料液比1:60,提取温度20℃,提取时间20min,腺苷得率高达0.169mg/g。结论]该研究为充分开发利用抱茎苦荬菜资源和提高腺苷得率提供了理论依据。
