| 摘 要： | 本文通过对科技队伍的知识、年龄、专业结构和科技装备质量、图书情报系统的效率分析,认为黑龙江省森工系统科研能力在国内是较强的,但科技进步对经济发展的贡献率不高,指出当前影响森工科技进步的4个因素和依靠科技“治危兴林”的8项具体对策。

| Abstract: | Through the kncwlege, the age, the professional structure, the equipment quality and the efficiency of the reference and information system in the rank of the scientific and technological analysis, it is said that the ability of science and research work in Heilongjiang forestry industry system is stronger than others in our country.But the contribute rate for science and technology progression is not coincided with economical development. It would be to point out our factors which influence scientific progress, control crisis and 8 specific strategy. |
