摘 要: | 对波纹巴非蛤全脏器中的糖蛋白的分离提取条件进行研究,结果表明:以0.5moL/L的NaCl溶液为浸提液,料液比为1:12,75℃水浴浸提90min,提取液经透析浓缩,再以60%乙醇终浓度沉淀,得到糖蛋白粗品,其得率为1.64%,总糖与可溶性蛋白含量分别为38.3%和17.1%。

Abstract: | Experiments were carried out to isolate the glycoprotein from the whole viscera of the Paphia undulata.The results showed that the optimal separated condition was: the material was immersed in 0.5moL/L NaCl solution,the ratio of material to NaCl solution was 1 ∶12,being extracted with 75℃ water-bath for 90min,then the solution was dialyzed with water,concentrated and precipitated with alcohol to 60%,the ultimate yield of the coarse glycoprotein was 1.64%.The content of total sugar was 38.3%,while protein was 17.1%. |
